Job Description
- We are recruiting a Bakery and Pastry chef for a French Pâtisserie located in Abu Dhabi city.
- Experience in one or more of the following roles is required: Dough maker, Bakery assistant, Pastry cook, Baker, Pie maker, Pastry chef.
- The Bakery and Pastry chef role will involve using a range of kitchen equipment and ingredients to bake and make an assortment of desserts including cakes, pies, cookies, puddings, pastries and other confections to meet customer needs on a daily basis.
- The Bakery and Pastry chef will also use scientific skills to ensure the right chemical reactions are taking place during the process of baking and making pastries.
