Blazed Bakery is seeking an experienced Artisan Baker with strong skills in sourdough, artisan breads, pastries, and tandoor-baked products. The candidate will produce high-quality baked goods while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake sourdough breads, artisan loaves, baguettes, ciabatta, focaccia, and multigrain breads
- Maintain and manage sourdough starters and fermentation schedules
- Produce croissants, Danish pastries, coffee buns, sweet buns, and other pastry items
- Prepare and bake naan, roti, paratha, Afghani bread, Tamees, and other tandoor products
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and minimize waste
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of bakery experience
- Strong experience in sourdough and artisan bread production
- Experience in pastries and laminated doughs
- Experience with tandoor baking is an advantage
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
