As a Baker, you are the engine of our café—turning dough into golden croissants, fluffy donuts, breads, and more .

We are on a mission to bring expertly crafted baked goods to every neighborhood and are looking for masters of their craft to join our new team in Thousand Oaks .

• Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule .
• Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently .
• Handle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product .
• Monitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistency .
• Maintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house station .
• Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshness .
• Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets .
• Flag equipment or supply issues to the General Manager .
• Support the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goals .
• Help train new bakers in recipes and methods as needed .
• At least 1 year of baking experience .

in high-volume bakery production is preferred .

• Familiarity with baking techniques, recipe execution, and production timing .
• Knowledge of food safety, food labeling, and sanitization practices . Food Handler’s Certification is required .
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs .
• Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills .
