Backup Driver Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• - Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
• - Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse stock.
• - Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• - Drive company vehicles to deliver or pick up goods as required.
• - Ensure timely and safe transportation of materials.
• - Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• - Support warehouse team in daily operations and logistics.

Qualifications

• - High school diploma or equivalent.
• - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• - Previous experience in warehouse and driving roles preferred.
• - Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts.
• - Strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• - Capable of standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• - Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Safety Training Requirements

• - Completion of warehouse safety orientation.
• - Forklift operation certification.
• - Defensive driving course certification.
• - Regular participation in safety drills and refresher training.
