At The Pancake Parlour, we’re looking for a dedicated Backer to assist our cooks and help keep the kitchen running smoothly. Whether you’re prepping ingredients, plating up dishes, or ensuring everything’s ready for the next order, you’ll be an essential part of the team!

Supporting the Cook: Help plate menu items exactly to recipe, ensuring everything looks perfect and tastes great.

Food Prep Pro: Assist with prepping bulk food items - chopping, dicing, stirring, and cooking—keeping things organized and efficient.

Kitchen Support: Make sure there are always clean crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans available, so the kitchen runs without a hitch.

Team Player: Work alongside the cooks and kitchen team to maintain a fast, smooth workflow throughout each shift.

Multitasker Extraordinaire: You can juggle several tasks at once and stay organized in a busy kitchen environment.

Hands-On Attitude: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into any task—whether it's food prep or keeping things tidy.

Great Communicator: You’ve got excellent listening and verbal communication skills, making it easy to work with your team.
