Role Overview
Own the backend behind Mem0's AI-agent memory platform.
Design core systems, make architectural decisions, and operate them through production.
Work with frontend, research, engineering, and customers to deliver reliable features.
Backend and Data Systems
- Define REST API contracts, versioning, authentication, rate limits, migrations, and documentation.
- Model data across relational stores such as Postgres and graph stores such as Neo4j.
- Enforce data integrity and performance.
Reliability and Performance
- Trace logs, metrics, and distributed traces to reproduce and resolve customer issues.
- Tune SQL using EXPLAIN or ANALYZE, indexes, partitioning, pagination, and caching.
