Role Overview
Backend development role requiring 1 to 2 years of experience.
The role focuses on Python and Django web application development.
Responsibilities
- Develop new web application features with Django and Python.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable code and follow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance.
- Implement backend components and integrate user-facing frontend elements.
- Write database queries, use Django ORM, and maintain PostgreSQL and MySQL schemas.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs with Django REST Framework.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to support application stability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and prioritize feature requests.
- Deliver high-quality code through fast development cycles.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Proven Python development experience, preferably with Django.
- Strong object-relational mapping knowledge.
- PostgreSQL expertise and MySQL experience.
- Hands-on Django REST Framework API development experience.
- Ability to write clean, scalable code with unit testing.
- Git proficiency, including GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML.
