Backend Developer (Golang / Elixir / Python)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure backend services
• Develop and optimize microservices with efficient APIs ( gRPC, GraphQL, REST )
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases , ensuring data integrity and performance
• Apply Go’s concurrency features (goroutines, channels) to build high-performance systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and front-end teams to deliver features
• Deploy and monitor applications in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Work with Kafka/NATS for event-driven architecture

Requirements

• Strong programming experience in Golang, Erlang, or Python .
• Solid understanding of Go’s concurrency model (goroutines, channels, etc.).
• Expertise in microservices architecture with gRPC / GraphQL .
• Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases .
• Proficiency with Git and other version control tools.
• Knowledge of Docker and exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or NATS.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments .
