Natco Middle East is seeking a Back-Office Operations Executive to support freight forwarding and logistics operations for the Saudi Arabia trade lane. The role involves preparing freight documentation, coordinating with shipping lines and agents, and handling Saudi Customs documentation requirements.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all freight documentation — AWB, Bill of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions for Saudi Arabia bound shipments
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents for bookings, space confirmation, and shipment tracking
- Handle Saudi Customs documentation requirements including SABER, FASAH portal entries, and import/export compliance
- Liaise with Saudi Arabia customs brokers and destination agents to ensure smooth clearance and on time delivery
- Update and maintain accurate shipment records in the internal operations system and provide timely status updates to clients
- Support the operations team with rate inquiries, routing coordination, and shipment exception handling
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in freight forwarding back office or logistics operation
- Hands on knowledge of Saudi Arabia import/export regulations and customs documentation
- Familiarity with SABER and FASAH platforms is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with freight management or ERP software is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- Self motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple shipments simultaneously
