- Bring practical agile ways of working into a lower maturity data environment
- Stay hands on with day to day delivery rather than limiting involvement to coaching

- Strong Scrum Master / delivery experience
- Comfortable flexing between Scrum Master and Business Analyst responsibilities
- Able to operate in teams with lower agile maturity
- Strong delivery mindset; willing to get into practical execution work
- Data platform exposure is ideal, but not mandatory

Role overview

- Open to varied responsibilities beyond a narrow role definition
