Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business-to-Business (B2B) Travel Booking Engine Expert.
The role involves managing and optimizing B2B travel booking systems, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with travel agents to enhance user experiences, updating inventory, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
The expert will also analyze system performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards while providing training and support to users.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with travel booking engines, GDS systems, and online travel tools
- Strong understanding of travel industry operations, including B2B dynamics and supplier relations
- Solid experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing system support
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend strategies for system improvement
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Relevant certifications in travel management systems or equivalent experience preferred
