Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling.
- Contact system integrators, dealers, hotel owners, builders, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
- Identify potential customers through online directories, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and company databases.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements.
- Maintain the organization's internal lead database.
Tele Sales Activities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls daily.
- Introduce Fox Domotics products and solutions professionally.
- Explain the benefits of home automation, hotel GRMS, smart switches, and curtain automation.
- Understand customer requirements and identify project opportunities.
- Handle customer objections confidently.
- Schedule online or physical meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects until conversion.
- Build long-term relationships with B2B customers.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
- Share product catalogues and company profiles.
- Coordinate with the sales team on quotations and technical discussions.
Daily Tasks
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with existing leads.
- Schedule product demonstrations.
- Send product catalogues through email and WhatsApp.
- Update the CRM after every interaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Prepare daily call reports.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
