Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with companies, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning WizJobs as a preferred hiring platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across multiple industries
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct product demos and clearly communicate the platform’s value proposition
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage client relationships to drive retention and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support growth initiatives
- Track performance, forecasts, and sales metrics
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech platforms, or digital solutions
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience with lead generation and CRM tools
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience selling recruitment platforms, SaaS, or AI-driven products
- Background in startup or fast-paced environments
- Existing network of corporate clients in the UAE
