Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales professionals
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients across target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Develop sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve sales effectiveness
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive opportunities
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain long term client partnerships
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, enterprise sales, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience leading sales teams or managing sales operations preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, account development, and relationship management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
