About the Role

  • We are looking for two aggressive, results driven ELV Systems Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • You will be responsible for driving B2B sales, securing sub contracting projects, and building relationships with MEP contractors, main contractors, consultants, and end users across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for ELV systems in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
  • Pitch solutions to Corporate B2B end users, MEP contractors, consultants, project managers, and facility management companies.
  • Clearly articulate the value of our core ELV offerings (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Intercom, and SMATV).
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, site surveys, and coordination with estimators, up to final negotiation and closure.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the Dubai/UAE ELV or Security Systems market.
  • Basic understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and integrated security solutions.
  • Existing network or familiarity with MEP contractors and consultants in Dubai is a major advantage.
  • Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (Vehicle Allowance will be provided).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and cold calling skills. Fluent in English.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000 per month (Based on experience)
  • Benefits: Vehicle Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses + UAE Labor Law Benefits
