B2B Sales Specialist

  • Acquiring and managing corporate clients, including construction companies, general contractors, real estate developers, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Client acquisition and business development: Build target list, cold call, arrange meetings, visit sites.
  • Negotiation and deal management: Prepare offers, negotiate terms, close contracts.
  • Key account management: Maintain contact, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction.
  • Planning and reporting: Achieve targets, maintain CRM data, analyze lost deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction materials sales in the UAE.
  • Fluent English.
  • Russian and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Conditions

  • Salary: AED 6,000 + KPI based bonuses.
  • Corporate accommodation or allowance.
  • Petroleum allowance or corporate car.
  • 6 working days per week, field based role (no fixed office).

Work Location

  • Hybrid remote in Dubai
