Falcon GT seeks a B2B Sales Specialist in Dubai to acquire and manage corporate clients in construction, real estate, and industrial sectors. The role involves cold calling, site visits, negotiation, and account management.

Responsibilities
- Build a target list of companies using verified databases, tender platforms, and public information
- Conduct cold calls and arrange meetings with key decision makers
- Visit construction sites to present products and negotiate contracts
- Prepare commercial offers and alternative material specifications
- Negotiate individual terms: volume discounts, logistics solutions, loyalty programs
- Close long term contracts per project or seasonal agreements
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, returns, and product availability
- Achieve individual targets for revenue and gross margin
- Maintain client data and reporting in CRM/ERP systems
- Analyze lost deals and reasons for losing to competitors
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction materials sales in the UAE
- Fluent English
- Valid UAE driving license
- Russian and Arabic language skills are an advantage
