Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential wholesale customers including cafés, restaurants, hotels, Pilates studios, wellness centers, and corporate offices
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, email outreach, and social media
- Arrange product tastings and presentations for decision makers
- Build and maintain relationships with café owners, procurement managers, and F&B managers
- Negotiate commercial terms and close wholesale accounts
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Korashi team to support product launches, promotions, and partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the specialty beverage industry
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in F&B, hospitality, coffee, tea, wellness, or FMCG
- Existing network within UAE hospitality and café sector highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus

Job Overview
- Korashi is a premium matcha brand focused on delivering high quality Japanese matcha to cafés, wellness concepts, fitness studios, hotels, and restaurants across the UAE.
- We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help expand our B2B presence and build long term wholesale partnerships.
