Job Purpose
Drive business growth through B2B sales by developing and managing travel-agent relationships, B2B partners, and business accounts.
Expand the partner network, achieve revenue targets, strengthen market presence, and support service delivery across travel products and services.
Key Tasks
- Drive B2B sales and business-development activities across travel agents, B2B partners, and other trade channels to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new B2B partners and travel-agent accounts to expand the partner network and market presence.
- Conduct partner meetings, presentations, networking activities, and commercial negotiations to promote travel solutions and secure new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, B2B partners, and key stakeholders to support retention, repeat business, and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of B2B opportunities, track sales performance, and follow up on leads and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, partner requirements, and business opportunities, and prepare forecasts and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery, resolve partner requirements, maintain customer satisfaction, and comply with company standards.
