1. Industry-Specific Sales
- Leverage experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, or FMCG sales to drive business growth
- Develop a strong understanding of retail distribution channels including salons, pharmacies, and beauty stores
- Consistently achieve sales targets in a competitive beauty market
2. Product Knowledge (Beauty Focus)
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and personal care products
- Explain product ingredients, benefits, usage, and routines to clients
- Understand different skin types and concerns
- Stay updated with beauty trends and market leaders
3. Client Management (B2B & Retail)
- Build and maintain relationships with beauty salons, spas, retail shops, and pharmacies
- Negotiate shelf space, promotions, and bulk purchase agreements
- Ensure proper product visibility and adherence to merchandising standards
4. Demonstration & Presentation
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients and customers
- Organize in-store promotions and sampling activities
- Train retailer staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
5. Communication & Selling Skills
- Apply strong persuasion and upselling techniques
- Confidently engage in face-to-face sales interactions
- Handle objections effectively and close deals successfully
6. Target & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets

- Use CRM tools or mobile applications for order placement and tracking
