Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to potential B2B clients to introduce Broadnet’s messaging and telecom solutions
- Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and nurture them through the sales cycle
- Build and maintain long term professional relationships with clients
- Present tailored solutions, negotiate offers, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams for project execution
- Stay updated on telecom trends and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate client records and provide regular sales reports
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year in telesales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to reach and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data driven sales management

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to potential B2B clients.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and nurture them through the sales cycle.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long term professional relationships with clients.
- Sales Conversion: Present tailored solutions, negotiate offers, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Market Research: Stay updated on telecom trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate client records, track performance metrics, and provide regular sales reports.
Qualifications
- 0 to 1 year in telesales, business development, or account management, preferably in A2P SMS or telecommunications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with A2P SMS technologies and telecom products is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data driven sales management.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
