Role overview
Full-time, on-site role for a B2B Hotel Sales Manager based in Dubai, UAE.
The role focuses on developing B2B hotel sales and business relationships across hospitality and travel channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, and corporate clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Promote hotel accommodation, rates, packages, and other hospitality products.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, allotments, and commercial agreements.
- Manage key accounts, monitor performance, revenue, margins, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and implement revenue and profitability strategies.
- Resolve key client issues and conduct client visits, meetings, and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of B2B hotel or hospitality sales experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong UAE network across travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, and corporate accounts.
- Proven sales target achievement and B2B business development experience.
- Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates, contracts, allotments, and market dynamics.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

- Compensation includes basic salary, allowances, and commission.
