Role Summary

  • As B2B Growth Manager, drive growth strategy by leading marketing and brand execution, managing online and offline presence, and ensuring messaging reflects ambition and calibre of work.
  • Own digital touchpoints, growth playbooks and marketing campaigns backed by data, research and insight.
  • Ensure successes, case studies and industry insights are regularly published and promoted to support lead generation, client trust and reputation in UK and Middle East markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor an existing team across different timezones.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and positioning initiatives.
  • Build internal growth playbooks and templates to standardise brand, event and digital activities.
  • Deliver clear, data led performance reports to support business decision making.
  • Own and manage digital platforms including website and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure a steady stream of fresh, engaging, and insight driven content.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, design and messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of case studies, thought leadership, and industry insights.
  • Plan and execute multi channel campaigns in coordination with Sales team.
  • Manage presence at industry events, conferences, and sector showcases.
  • Coordinate branding, messaging, and follow up communications.

Experience Required

  • 4+ years' experience in marketing, growth, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Track record of managing B2B digital channels and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Confident using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and performance tracking.
  • Experience managing events, both online and in person.
  • Background in consultancy, fast growth environments, or digital industries is highly desirable.

Personal Attributes

  • Data driven with a creative approach to brand and campaign strategy eye for detail is a must.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organisational and follow through skills.
  • Able to collaborate cross functionally and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Proactive and confident in working autonomously as well as part of a team.
