About the Role
The employer is seeking a target-oriented B2B Growth & Client Operations Manager to grow its B2B client portfolio.
The role supports SME and MSME clients with B2B sales, customer acquisition, market reach, export, and new-market opportunities.
The position is hands-on and involves finding opportunities, approaching decision-makers, following up, and helping generate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and research potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Build targeted prospect lists using Google, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools.
- Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on B2B opportunities.
- Research new markets and identify high-value business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM and Google Sheets records and keep the sales pipeline updated.
- Coordinate with clients and manage day-to-day sales activities.
- Manage multiple client accounts and work toward clear targets.
Target Industries
- Priority sectors include automotive, commercial vehicles, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, industrial supply, and B2B trading.
