Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Executive to develop and grow business within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and corporate clients.
The role focuses on driving sales of coffee machines, coffee capsules, and customized coffee solutions while building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients within HORECA and corporate sectors
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales
- Promote and sell coffee machines, capsules, and tailored beverage solutions
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client needs
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and after-sales service
- Track sales activities, client interactions, and performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide regular sales reports to management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in HORECA, FMCG, coffee, or appliances is preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus

- Existing network within HORECA or corporate sectors
- Strong relationship management skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: QAR13,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
