Role Overview
This is a remote B2B appointment-setting and outbound-calling role, not a high-volume call-centre position.
DUOARCH provides researched organizations, named contacts, telephone numbers, and relevant background information.
The role focuses on reaching prospects, creating genuine interest, and booking quality meetings with DUOARCH Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls to supplied lists of named prospects and navigate receptionists and gatekeepers.
- Make repeated, sensible attempts to reach difficult-to-contact prospects.
- Introduce DUOARCH professionally and hold natural conversations rather than reading only from a script.
- Handle straightforward questions and initial objections and create interest in meetings with Directors.
- Record call attempts, outcomes, and conversation notes accurately.
- Schedule callbacks and follow-ups and book qualified meetings into Directors' diaries.
- Use DUOARCH's telephone system for calls rather than a personal telephone.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Confident and articulate telephone communication is essential.
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner is essential.
