- Serve as the primary point of contact for our major drop shipping clients globally
- Investigate local markets, work with the marketing team, and participate in events to onboard potential leads
- Monitor sales performance in your assigned countries and proactively seek out new accounts to collaborate with
- Analyze the potential of each account and develop tailored sales growth plans
- Track global sales trends and proactively identify new accounts for collaboration
- Manage key accounts, improving listings and expanding cross border sales opportunities
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions, ensuring high client satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new accounts, leveraging your expertise in vidaXL and the ecommerce industry
- Continuously improve sales performance by analyzing internal and external data to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with customer service teams to maintain a high standard of service for all accounts
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an ecommerce environment, preferably with global account management
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; knowledge of XML and data feeds is a plus
- Experience with major marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, etc., is advantageous
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new backend systems and software
- A hands on mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Overview
