Job Purpose
Lead demand planning, S&OP, and cross-functional inputs to create a central, unbiased, and accurate business forecast.
Align the forecast with business units using newly introduced tools and systems.
The role requires stakeholder management and data analytics capabilities.
Monthly S&OP
- Lead the monthly S&OP cycle for the Skin Care category.
- Conduct long- and short-term forecasting, align business targets and growth ambitions, analyse forecasting drivers, and compose the total demand forecast.
- Set up and adjust the forecast baseline through FEU and execute S&OP through Kinaxis.
Weekly S&OE and Analytics
- Lead the weekly S&OE cycle for the Skin Care category.
- Analyse customer order data, highlight gaps and opportunities, and provide timely feedback for recovery.
- Analyse KPIs, monitor actuals and forecasts through Kinaxis, correct gaps, and report KPI data at SCLT and global monthly forums.
Portfolio and Inventory
- Lead quarterly SKU rationalization to simplify the portfolio and support higher volume-value growth.
