Position Summary

Support food and beverage operations by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies.

Provide guest service support that helps food and beverage transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

Work Arrangement

  • The position is full-time and not remote.
  • The role requires extended periods on foot and movement across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.

Core Duties

  • Set tables and assist the kitchen to keep food and beverage operations running smoothly.
  • Clean work areas and replenish supplies.
  • Support guest transactions and deliver a memorable food and beverage experience.
  • Follow safety practices, company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Physical and Functional Requirements

  • Read and visually verify menu information.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • Previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
