Position Summary

The Food and Beverage Support Expert supports smooth food and beverage operations and helps create memorable guest experiences.

The role includes table setting, kitchen assistance, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies.

Location and Schedule

  • The position is located at West Crescent, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The schedule is full time, the role is non-management, and it is not remote.
  • The Wet Deck assignment involves standing and moving around for extended periods.

Core Duties

  • Set tables and assist the kitchen to support food and beverage operations.
  • Clean work areas and replenish supplies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain a safe workplace.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
  • Read and visually verify menu information and perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous food and beverage experience is preferred, while no related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience or license or certification is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
