Position Summary

Coordinate food and beverage staff to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.

Support daily dining operations, employee supervision, guest service, inventory, safety, and quality standards.

The position is full time, non-management, and located at the Riyadh property.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and securing work areas.
  • Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO usage, and cleanliness.
  • Complete inventories and requisition required supplies.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Complete maintenance work orders.
  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, and coaching.
  • Follow company, safety, security, confidentiality, uniform, and asset-protection policies.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express appreciation.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, and cost savings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • No license or certification is specified.

Work Conditions

  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or an entire shift.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • The role requires fine motor coordination, movement through confined spaces, stair and ramp use, and overhead or below-knee reaching.
