Position Summary

Operations and Service

• Coordinate staff teamwork to ensure optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming, attire, dining areas, storage areas, and equipment for service and safety standards.
• Complete opening and closing duties, inventories, supply requisitions, and maintenance work orders.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching of employees.

Guest and Team Relations

• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and respond professionally to concerns.
• Use clear professional language and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Support team goals and serve as a role model and first point of contact for fair treatment and open-door processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• No license or certification is specified.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and use stairs or service ramps.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Workplace and Schedule

• The role is located at Area 1 Al Aqeeq Street, Financial District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• The schedule is full time and the position is not remote.
