Position Summary

The Food and Beverage Service Expert creates memorable guest dining experiences at Ginger Moon.

The role includes table setting, kitchen communication, guest service, transactions, and cleaning work areas and supplies.

Core Duties

  • Set tables and communicate with the kitchen during service.
  • Interact with guests and serve food and beverages.
  • Manage menus and support a memorable transaction experience.
  • Clean work areas and supplies.
  • Follow company policies, safety practices, and quality standards.
  • Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as requested.

Work Conditions

  • The position is full time and not remote.
  • The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, including across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • The role includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Less than one year of related work experience is listed as preferred.
  • No supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
