Reporting to B&F Operations Manager at W Edinburgh expected to set-up and clear event spaces, preparing items and ensure smooth running of events.

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

As Server, key aspects of your role will include:

Be the face of the restaurant – the first and last impression the guest has of us!

Welcome guests warmly and personally

Give a fond farewell that encourages guests to return

Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the floor plan

Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management

Work as part of a team

Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience

The new W hotel will accommodate guests across 244 stylish guestrooms, including 45 suites. While staying here, guests will benefit from the brand’s signature Whatever / Whenever service philosophy.

A real highlight of this property will be its rooftop bar and outdoor terrace, pairing exciting cocktails and cuisine with 360-degree views over the historic city. Among the other noteworthy amenities planned are the W Lounge, a restaurant collaboration with SUSHISAMBA, a FIT workout facility and an AWAY spa, with special functions hosted in 2,450 sq ft of modern event space.
