As an Azure Native Application Architect - Director, you will lead the strategic direction and development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice.

You will be at the forefront of client engagements, driving the design and implementation of cutting-edge applications that leverage Azure technologies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will oversee multiple projects, confirming rigorous quality standards and promoting technological advances. You will identify market opportunities and convert them into successes for the firm, adhering to professional standards and the firm's code of conduct. Your contributions will be vital in maximizing client satisfaction and leveraging the collective strength of the PwC Network. Responsibilities - Leading the design and development of Azure-native applications, confirming alignment with client needs and industry standards - Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices to enhance system performance and scalability - Managing the application lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis through to deployment and maintenance - Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes - Conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards to maintain quality software development - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvement and innovation - Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to develop robust software solutions - Guiding teams in the adoption of acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) methodologies to improve software testing outcomes - Developing strategic solutions for complex client challenges, leveraging a strategic mindset and systemic thinking - Mentoring and coaching team members to cultivate their professional growth and technical skills What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 18 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering - Demonstrating strategic leadership in Azure Native Application Architecture - Driving business growth through innovative software engineering solutions - Cultivating potential in teams with mentorship and guidance - Translating vision into actionable strategies for client success - Promoting technological advances in enterprise application architecture - Leading business development efforts in technology consulting Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date
