Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Azure Linux Administrator with 4-6 years of experience in Linux server administration and Microsoft Azure cloud operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing Linux environments on Azure, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, automation, security, and cloud monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) hosted on Azure.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines and cloud infrastructure.
- Perform OS installation, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Monitor system health, availability, and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot Linux OS, networking, storage, and cloud-related issues.
- Implement security hardening, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Automate routine administration tasks using Shell/Bash scripting.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Work with application and infrastructure teams for deployments and issue resolution.
