About the Role
BRAVANTIC in Abu Dhabi seeks an Azure Administrator Engineer to lead cloud migration initiatives and provide operational support for Microsoft cloud estate. The role involves on-premises to Azure migrations, day-to-day operations, and Microsoft 365 migrations.

Responsibilities
- Assess on premises virtual machine workloads for cloud readiness, including dependency mapping, sizing, and cost estimation
- Plan and execute migrations using Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, and Database Migration Service
- Configure target landing zones including resource groups, VNets, subnets, NSGs, route tables, and storage accounts
- Perform cutover planning, validation, rollback procedures, and obtain application owner sign off
- Decommission source workloads and reconcile licensing, backups, and monitoring post migration
- Administer Azure IaaS and PaaS resources including VMs, storage, networking, Key Vault, Backup, and Recovery Services Vaults
- Investigate and resolve incidents within SLAs, perform root cause analysis, and document corrective actions
- Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Defender for Cloud
- Manage patching, backup/restore, snapshots, and disaster recovery testing
- Maintain RBAC, identity hygiene, and security compliance
- Execute mailbox migrations to Exchange Online using cutover, staged, or hybrid methods
- Migrate user data to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online using SPMT or equivalent tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of Azure administration experience
- Experience delivering at least one large scale Azure VM migration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including mailbox and OneDrive migration
- Proficiency in PowerShell (Az, Graph, Exchange modules)
- Strong foundation in Azure networking, identity, storage, backup, and monitoring
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Microsoft certifications: AZ 104, MS 102/MS 203, AZ 700, AZ 305
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Exposure to hybrid identity, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow

- We are seeking an Azure Administrator Engineer to lead and execute cloud migration initiatives and provide ongoing operational support across our Microsoft cloud estate.
- The role is hands on and delivery focused, with three core pillars: on premises to Azure migrations, day to day operations and incident response, and Microsoft 365 (OneDrive and Exchange Online) migrations.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess on premises virtual machine workloads (Hyper V / VMware) for cloud readiness, including dependency mapping, sizing, and cost estimation.
- Plan and execute migrations using Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), and Database Migration Service.
- Configure target landing zones including resource groups, VNets, subnets, NSGs, route tables, and storage accounts aligned with naming standards.
- Perform cutover planning, validation, rollback procedures, and obtain application owner sign off.
