Role Overview

Audit Delivery and Execution

• Execute audit fieldwork, including substantive and analytical procedures, primarily at client premises.
• Plan and complete audit assignments with appropriate and sufficient documentation.
• Identify and communicate high-level risks, issues, and judgment areas to the Manager or Partner.
• Plan and manage audit execution and finalization for Manager or Partner review.

Client and Portfolio Exposure

• Begin managing elements of a client portfolio with support from the Manager.
• Develop professional client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery.
• Support engagement-level revenue and profitability objectives through efficient audit execution.

Team Support and Development

• Guide and support junior team members during fieldwork and assignment delivery.
• Provide practical coaching on audit procedures, documentation, and professional conduct.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment across audit engagements.

Qualifications and Expertise

• ACA, ACCA, CA, or Semi Qualified CA qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience after Articleship in statutory audit.
• Experience auditing clients across a range of industries.
• Hands-on experience in audit planning, execution, and completion.
• Prior exposure to coaching or mentoring junior team members.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP is preferred but not essential.
