Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Ayurveda & Wellness Therapist to join our team at Heenat Salma Farm, one of Qatar's leading sustainable farm and wellness destinations.

What You'll Do

Deliver professional Ayurveda, massage & holistic wellness treatments
Plan and coordinate wellness programs, retreats & workshops
Support organic product development and innovation
Engage guests through meaningful wellness experiences

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Ayurveda, Massage Therapy or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a wellness or spa environment
Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments and natural wellness practices
Excellent communication skills and a guest first mindset
