Job Summary
- Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service.
- Represents property management in resolving guest situations and manages the flow of questions in the lobby.
- Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles tracking of service issues.
Core Work Activities
- Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
- Supervise and manage employees, including day to day operations.
- Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all departments.
- Ensure regular communication with employees to create business awareness.
- Comprehend budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports.
- Provide services above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
- Manage day to day operations ensuring quality and standards.
- Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints.
- Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.
