Role Overview
Work on Axway B2B and EDI integration activities across development, managed services, and support environments.
The role requires 24x5 coverage across EMEA, APAC, and U.S. business hours, including weekend on-call or standby support.
Experience and Skills Required
- Experience with EDI integration platforms such as IBM Sterling Integrator, Axway B2Bi, OpenText, or Seeburger.
- Good mapping experience with X12, EDIFACT, XML, IDOCs, and flat-file formats.
- Knowledge of EDI transactions including purchase orders, invoices, ASNs, warehouse orders and responses, and claims and responses.
- Functional knowledge of supply chain, automotive, or retail domains.
- Working knowledge of AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, and HTTP/S protocols, with expertise using Seeburger.
- Experience with trading partner profile management and configurations.
- Experience with process flows and integration configurations.
- Understanding of databases and experience with SQL.
- Experience in Unix scripting.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2-4 years of total professional experience.
- BTech degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer handling experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual consultant.
