Responsibilities
- Develop and implement aviation maintenance strategies, policies, procedures, and maintenance programs
- Lead aircraft maintenance activities including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and return to service processes
- Collaborate with Engineering, Flight Operations, Quality Assurance, Safety, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Executive Leadership
- Manage maintenance planning, workforce scheduling, hangar operations, tooling, equipment, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, airworthiness directives, manufacturer requirements, maintenance manuals, and company procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, aviation engineering, maintenance planning, or related aviation roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing aviation maintenance teams, hangar operations, or maintenance programs (preferred)
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance practices, airworthiness requirements, reliability programs, maintenance planning, technical documentation, and aviation safety management
- Experience with CMMS, aviation maintenance tracking software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and reporting tools

- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, aviation engineering, maintenance planning, or related aviation roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing aviation maintenance teams, hangar operations, or maintenance programs preferred.
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance practices, airworthiness requirements, reliability programs, maintenance planning, technical documentation, and aviation safety management.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), aviation maintenance tracking software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS), reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, human factors, and aviation quality standards is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities while balancing safety, regulatory compliance, operational performance, budgets, and aircraft availability.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments when operational requirements permit.
