Role Overview
The Aveva Wonderware Developer at ENGIE India is a key technical contributor within a dedicated feature team supporting the Global Hypervision Center (GHC) initiative.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining software solutions based on Aveva Wonderware System Platform, following specifications from the Product Owner and technical designs from the Wonderware Technical Lead.
The developer will ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with ENGIE’s global standards for renewable and flexible generation.

Technical Skills
- Advanced expertise in Wonderware System Platform and Wonderware OMI (mandatory, highest priority).
- Strong knowledge of OT protocols: MQTT, OPC (DA, XML, UA), Modbus TCP, DNP3, IEC104, TASE2 / ICCP.
- Experience with basic diagnostics on IP networks (ping, traceroute, static route configuration).
- Experience with third-party industrial software (Cogent suite, Matrikon, Kepware) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Aveva Historian and Aveva Unified Operation Center (UOC).
- Ability to support and troubleshoot complex industrial automation environments.
- Other Skills & Abilities
- Experience working in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).
- Strong communication skills in English (French is an advantage).
- Ability to work collaboratively in large, dynamic teams.
