Role Overview

Design, implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Avaya voice and network infrastructure.

Ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise communication systems.

Provide technical support for voice, telephony, and associated network technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Avaya IP Office.
Support Avaya Contact Center Solutions and Avaya Experience Portal.
Configure and troubleshoot Avaya SBCE.
Support Avaya Aura and Avaya Communication Manager.
Troubleshoot voice, SIP, VoIP, and call connectivity issues.
Work with network teams to resolve LAN/WAN and connectivity issues.
Support integration between Avaya and Cisco Unified Communications environments.
Perform system upgrades, configuration changes, and maintenance.
Monitor system performance and resolve incidents.
Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience with Avaya IP Office.
Experience with Avaya Contact Center Solutions or Avaya Experience Portal.
Experience with Avaya SBCE.
Experience with Avaya Aura.
Experience with Avaya Communication Manager.
Knowledge of SIP and VoIP.
A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, networking, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant Avaya or Cisco certifications are advantageous.
A driving license is mandatory.
