Grow Your Skills, Grow Your Potential Responsibilities The Availability Engineering product suite has an opening for a Software Engineer on the Availability Assurance Technical Triage team.

This team is responsible for proactively identifying potential availability issues, collaborating with support teams to diagnose and resolve problems, recommending recovery actions, and sharing knowledge with owning teams to improve the resiliency of their products.

In this role, you will contribute to both availability assurance activities and software development efforts, including the design and enhancement of applications such as the Proactive Discovery Tool (PDT).

The position offers opportunities to work across a broad range of technologies, participate in incident triage and root cause analysis, and help drive resiliency improvements across State Farm's IT landscape.
