Role Description
We are looking for a skilled AV & Unified Communications Engineer to handle installation, troubleshooting, and support of meeting room systems, with strong knowledge in networking and client support.
This role is focused on hands-on technical work, not just project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot meeting room systems using Yealink, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Zoom Rooms.
- Diagnose and resolve AV issues (camera, microphone, display, wireless sharing).
- Troubleshoot network-related problems affecting AV systems (VLAN, QoS, Wi-Fi, switching).
- Support clients under AMC contracts (onsite & remote support).
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and documentation.
- Handle urgent client issues professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure system stability.
- Good networking knowledge with :
- VLANs, DHCP, IP addressing
- Basic switching & routing
- Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Experience in troubleshooting real-world issues (not only installation)
- Good communication skills with clients
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in AV / Unified Communications.
- Strong hands-on experience with "Yealink systems" and other similar systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms.
Preferred (Nice To Have)
- Experience with CCTV systems like Hikvision or Dahua
- Knowledge of structured cabling
- UAE driving license
- Important Note!
- This role requires a *hands-on engineer* who can troubleshoot and solve issues independently.
- Candidates with only project management or coordination experience will not be considered.
