Role Overview
The AV Product & Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and manage the lifecycle of audio-visual products and solutions.
The role covers sales targets, strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, product management, and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build relationships with vendors, clients, system integrators, consultants, and partners.
- Lead contract negotiations and close major AV projects.
- Define and manage the product roadmap for AV hardware and software solutions.
- Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance.
- Manage product lifecycles from concept through launch and end-of-life phase-outs.
- Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and profit margins.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of AV technologies and solutions.
- Proven experience in AV sales, product management, or systems integration.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong public speaking and project management abilities.
- Experience with pricing strategy and channel management.
- Results-oriented approach with strong analytical capabilities.
- Eight years of experience in AV sales, product management, or systems integration.
Compensation
- The advertised pay is AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
