The company is seeking an experienced AV Pre-Sales & Design Engineer to design, develop, and support integrated Audio-Visual solutions for a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities
- Design integrated AV systems including displays, LED video walls, projectors, audio systems, DSPs, control systems, video conferencing solutions, and AV network infrastructure.
- Select appropriate equipment based on technical requirements, performance, compatibility, reliability, and budget.
- Prepare system architecture diagrams, signal flow diagrams, rack layouts, equipment layouts, and other design documentation.
- Develop detailed technical proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQ/BOM), compliance statements, and technical submissions.
- Review tender specifications and ensure proposed solutions fully comply with or exceed client requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain quotations, technical information, and product clarifications.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and tender clarification stages.
- Produce all AV engineering documentation required for project execution, including shop drawings, system schematics, rack elevations, signal flow diagrams, BOM, BOQ, RFI responses, change orders, installation drawings, O&M manuals, and as built documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry with strong background in AV system design and pre sales engineering.
- Demonstrated experience preparing AV system designs, technical proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Strong knowledge of professional AV technologies including video conferencing, DSP, AV over IP, control systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Preferred certifications: AVIXA CTS, CTS D, or CTS I; Crestron, Extron, Dante, QSC certifications.

Job Summary

- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, preparing technical designs and proposals, developing project documentation, and providing technical support throughout the pre sales process.
