Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them to the reception area
- Work with mechanics to understand repairs needed and suggest best options
- Answer customer questions about service results and schedule appointments

- Manage workflow and service schedule
- Keep customers updated on service changes and pick up times
- Explain service details and costs to customers and handle payments
- Work with service technicians to order parts
- Prepare Job Cards for inspections and customer records

Requirements
- Arabic speaker is a must
- Experience in the automotive field is preferred
- Good understanding of car technology and the automotive industry
- Strong customer service, communication, and people skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and prepare estimates in English
- Good organizational, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic

Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them to the reception area.
- Work with mechanics to understand the repairs needed and suggest the best options.
- Use your knowledge of our products and services to give customers clear information about parts and services.
- Answer customer questions about service results and help schedule drop off and pick up appointments.
- Provide advice to customers about warranty coverage and ways to save money.
- Manage the workflow and service schedule at the dealership to keep everything running smoothly.
- Keep customers updated on service changes, vehicle pick up times, and share videos of car inspections and repairs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage them to return.
- Clearly explain all service details and costs to customers and handle their payments.
- Work with service technicians to order parts and make sure they are available when needed.
- Prepare Job Cards for inspections and customer records.
- Create accurate service estimates for customers.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker is a must.
- Experience in the automotive field is preferred.

- Must be fluent in English and Arabic; knowing additional languages is a plus
Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
