Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings.
- Prepare estimates, open job cards, and coordinate with workshop teams.
- Update customers on service progress and manage approvals.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in an automotive service center.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with job card systems / ERP preferred [odoo]
