Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements
- Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers updated on service progress and obtain approval for additional work
- Recommend preventive maintenance and value added services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns professionally
- Prepare invoices and explain completed work to customers before vehicle delivery
- Maintain service records and follow company service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership/workshop management software is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
- English (Preferred)
